Other Stuff Worth Mentioning: The nook offers some neat features such as being able to lend a book to a friend for up to 14 days (for most books) and provided they download the free e-reader software for their hand-held device or computer. There’s a lot going for this unit.  Some folks love it and some find the operating system a bit buggy. Now, with the latest firmware update a lot of the bugginess has been removed, leaving a smoother machine.
